Columbus school board not fit for the short bus

 Edit on 1/29/2014 this entry was added to a past post as part of a story I have spent a great deal of time investigating . More info in that post will be added after charges are filed . Those wishing to add confidential information to both stories inbox me . I will not reveal any source names in the actions .    

  My how the plot thickens we await indictments to be handed down across the school board .
We learned yesterday of the findings we all knew where coming of ghost students, missing money in the millions, answers given to students to ensure they pass required tests, and absences erased from record to scam the Federal Government out of tax dollars to fund a district littered with corruption .
 What we did not know was just how far and deep this plot had stretched .  Under open enrollment the district has allowed students to travel from one side of the city to the other for school . This was packaged to be for better opportunities with better staff . It quickly became obvious that this was nothing more then a thug transplant program . Schools with the best teachers and programs where only available for enrollment threw a lottery system . Even for kids living just over the fence from the school . Other schools that filled with the troubled student population soon had problems with attendance, test scores, suspension, and the drop out rate . This placed those school administrators in a tight spot under the guidelines of no child left behind now targeted them for termination  .
  These administrators all educated and should have known better, plotted with school board members to commit fraud and theft to preserve their own jobs. Now all suspended and possibly facing criminal charges, and left with no proof in this word of mouth plot . They all stick to the same story "we where instructed to do it that way" come on ? Your own Union tells you if its not in writing its not ok . As principals they all are required to know the exact word of law on all standards for education at the grade levels they oversee . Do you expect any of us to believe that you thought lying about tests and attendance is acceptable ? How about theft when did that become proper practice ? Is this the great education you have given to the youth of central Ohio ?

  Even the ring leader in all the school board scandal of the past few decades, has finally at the advise of some high priced lawyers learned to shut her mouth for a few day till the smoke clears and charges are filed . As I began peeking into some of the activities of racism in the schools and the school board I noticed she was forced to retire . I knew we would be seeing her face in the news soon enough but had no idea it would reach this deep or far . Our Mayor Michael Coleman a couple years back in a state of the city address stated that his office directly works with the school board, and Superintendent Gene Harrison all matters concerning the schools and their relation to the city . I wander if he is thinking about how bad that's going to bite him in the back side on this ? Do you think Mrs. Harrison will still receive invites to all his city events ? I think it might be a little tough keeping up appearances from inside a jail cell but you never know . I guess only time will tell and who knows bribes could already be paid . Remember Columbus is a good ole-boys town when it comes to politics so friends protect friends . If any of these low life's do one day behind bars or pay back a single penny I will be impressed . Its far more likely that a scape goat will have the entire mess pinned neatly upon his back side .
    Almost on Que and in less then 48 hours the leaks begin to flow . The original investigation centered around unfair, and discrimination, over race  practice in the schools as well as administration so its only fitting the fall guy be white . From this districts Afrocentric schools to this I cant make this kind of stuff up if I try . Steve Tankovich the "master mind" is more like mini me . This guy now retired, was the trained lap dog for former Superintendent Gene Harrison . I am  mind blown over the way this city refuses to so much as raise an eyebrow at this woman . Her time at the head of the school board table has been scared with scandals and racism . I quit counting all the missing money after the the great Kilroy disappearance .

A claim of Ignorance at this level is as pathetic as claims of no knowledge of Benghazi from the White House . This is the true legacy we are leaving our kids . Not a great education,or a city managing its assets . But a lesson in how to pass the buck and blame while claiming ignorance .

Open the gates and remove the fences lets reform Immigration

  Yes I know as a man descended from Irish roots I have no more claim to this land then those I wish to keep out . We have all heard that before save it for another day please . Besides I never killed an Indian, or owned a slave.  I have no personal reparations to be paid, and would venture to guess those passing judgment on this statement never personally indued any such acts . What I simply am trying to do is make the bullshit from the State of the Union speech and Republican response make sense .  I'm not going to pick the entire steaming pile apart just a small piece that holds more weight then everything else mentioned . Immigration is key to most of the troubles in our nation like it or not .This is the only subject from the speech that needs to be fixed .
   Before Im called every name in the book let me first offer my personal feelings on the subject of just who belongs . First off if you can walk here you should have the right to come here . Landmass migration should be no questions if we can support more people . No its not open the gates and throw welfare checks in the air dont be stupid . I am saying those from the American Continents should have priority to immigrate within reason . Its work or go home no exceptions including those seeking asylum . No one can immigrate if you can not first speak the language, and have a vague understanding of life, and customs in our society . This after all is or should be the reason you wish to live here I would think .  I am not for allowing the conquered to immigrate out of fear of prosecution  sorry im just not . I dont buy into bringing them here to be educated and allow them to return home its not fair to our poor who could use the free ride to higher education . Every time I see a Somali glaring at me in the store I am reminded of black hawk down . It is rumored that the new Alkaid is based in Somalia so pardon me if I am not comfortable with 30k refuges that have moved into the Columbus Ohio area.
   So here is the thing both sides want to fix this and open the gates sorry not good . Did we forget we still have a job crises ? Will these new members of society bring their own jobs with them ? How meany Americans will need to give up the job they have now so your future voters will have work when they arrive here ? You may not want to hear it but its time to do what no one has the balls to .

we all know the jobs are not coming back . Now we need to face the facts of a new generation entering the work place after being sold into higher education . These kids have student debt that is hidden in some far stretched payments that will milk them for years to come . With the competition of immigrant workers satisfied with lower wages they got a shock coming soon . Most of these youngsters will not be able to afford new cars for years to come much less a house, and family, with the student loans they will be shackled to for decades . Some of the salaries first year out of college right now can not pay the loans much less any other costs of living . If you have one of these loans and you happen to be reading this for the love of god dont miss a payment . Thats the part they did not warn you about your credit it will be destroyed if you do . Now you know why all those free credit report commercials are allover TV . You can also thank your Government for removing your right to include student debt in Bankruptcy so your stuck and you will pay . What do you think kids should we open the gates and bring in some work place competition for you ? How happy are you to know the kid from India in that class with you has no debt do to his immigrant status, and will apply for the same job as you at the same company for 10% less in pay then you because he has no debt ? Is that the American dream they told you about in middle school ?
  We are selling our selves out and the next generation will still suffer today's corporate greed. I dont care how nice and clean it sounds in a speech . If we first ship the jobs off as Foreign aid, or a free trade agreement with incentives for the companies the jobs our still gone.
Some of the factories took a decade to build and will take decades to be out of date . Ill give you a simple example of that in reverse Honda or Honda North American in Marysville Ohio Opened early 80s produces four auto lines and is Just now in 2014 becoming technologically outdated . Thats thirty years so do the math just on the three in the chart . Still there is no guarantee that the jobs will return after an assembly line is out of date . I guess we will need to dig in our pockets and bribe the companies back home with tax cuts and incentives . Ready to dish out some more corporate welfare ? Did I mention they can go chapter 7 on relocation costs so it wont hurt the share holders ? A big move like this will also require the relocation of key people from overseas . This will insure a smooth transition so dont count on the top level jobs . Those visas and requests will be part of the deal and wont wait for the normal immigrant procedure to go threw .
   If I was chief bottle washer in this soda joint I think the choices are clear and cruel . You need to fix the entire problem not a part or your just wasting time and effort . Landscapers say to kill weeds you need to get the root so that's where we should aim . Step one end NAFTA, and squash TPP, as well as all trade agreements in Asia  . Step two import tariffs on weight based on assignment and use so parts pay as well as cars , and fuel . Step three out of nation tax for any jobs shipped overseas by American companies make them pay to send the work away and then again to get the products they wish to sell back inside the gates . Step four cleans it up close immigration for a couple years and let the economy and population settle . Step four is the shitty one that has to be done for balance . Even if we do none of the others this will give our youth a fighting chance in a stale economy . We ca fix the whose already here thing and I think we can even let them stay but only if they step forward before the lock down . This will apply to students as well we need the space in our classrooms for our people . The free education for the poor of the world needs to be spent here for a few years . We need to quit counting on the same dead ends sold to us by the last four administrations . Free trade has never benefited the American people or created any jobs in our Country . Tariffs, fees, taxes, and closed doors will create jobs and economic growth all here and on our own soil . We may have to listen to a few other country's tell us how mean we have become and how unfair we are to do such a thing, but in two or three years we will be back on track and better prepared to aid others .

Just my way of livin and thinkin

   I'm just getting settled into my new Nerd Cave and it dawns on me all that has changed in a couple years . A few years back I had a nasty little accident at work and took a good whack on the head . Shortly after that I was told I would never drive commercial vehicles again . Me and the state have had a few rounds as I attempt to get the medical treatment I need . One of my favorite things to hear is "this is not in our criteria of medically necessary  for your treatment " To most people who hear that they think right on the states looking out for fraud . Wrong that's the opinion of a nurse I have never met based on a report wrote by a doctor on the states payroll twenty years ago . Its called the Miller criteria and it would replace stitches with band aids if allowed . The part that makes that a better laugh yet is the three doctors all specialists in the field of Brain Injury this nurse with a book report gets to trump . So I am forced to file an appeal with the Industrial Commission and we have a hearing . This is the the part you wont find funny I win the hearings so then the state pays for medical treatment, and court cost and passes that extra cost back to you John Q Taxpayer . Did I mention you also pay a  salary to the know it all nurse who starts this whole mess ?
   I hear people cheer all the time lets get the welfare rats off food stamps for those who need them . If your guilty pay attention to this and think before you cheer . I was pulled off the job without warning on a slow week and had a small paycheck . I was broke from day one my wife's check pays for our bankruptcy chapter 13 we payed it all back and kept the house the bank HSBC tried to steel .  I called the welfare office on week three we had no food in the house and the gas was off we had no money to pay . I was told come on down and apply so I did and was denied we had earned to much for the year already to qualify at the time . The money automatically deducted for chapter 13 counted as income even if we never seen it . They did give me a list of food pantry's so we could find some food . Keep this in mind you might find yourself on the injured list some day and need the help you wish to do away with . The average household pays less then forty bucks a year into that program so just how broke are you ? Two months later I had raised enough hell to get us temporary food stamps but could not get assistance to turn on any of the utilities that had all been shut off by this point . I still had not received a paycheck from disability on temporary total already granted, but the company filed every appeal they could for nine months . That's how the laws protect company's and employers from those who got injured working for them . By the way in Ohio you can no longer Sew your employer unless you can prove equipment was deliberately tampered with . You pay an average of 4k a year in corporate welfare so who you mad at now ?  On the Eighth month my family was blessed by aid from The Daughters Of Erin a great Irish family charity . They paid all the utilities filled the fridge and cupboards and bought the kids some gifts for Christmas . After Enough money was wasted attempting to keep me down I finally received nine months back pay . You paid for the ten trips to court for me and the lawyer do you feel as cheated as I did ? This what is meant by fixing welfare, am I one of those rats you speak of ?
   Those statements burn my ass to hear people talk in that manor even if its not directed at me . I wander if those that speak from that chair way up at the top have ever had a year in the life like that ? Do you think they ever had to decide between a second hot dog and a can of beans, or feeding the dogs ? Have they ever had a Christmas budget for two kids and a wife under sixty bucks ? Or here is the fun one have you ever collected rain water in buckets to fill jugs so you could flush the toilet and have water for your dogs ? Do you still feel ripped off and cheated out of your hard earned cash ?
    I have had a couple of these hard working individuals pat me on the back and say "man I wish I could get as lucky as you " luck is it ? If what you have read so far did not convince you that its not luck but fucked maybe this will .
  To understand a man you must walk a mile in his shoes well mine smell and have holes so ill just tell you what a day is like . I wake around 8am. and cant walk my legs and arms numb, ears ringing, and head spinning . I stretch in bed till the feeling of pins and needles comes about an hour then I know I can stand without falling so to the bathroom I can finally go. I take seven pills a day three right off the bat with my coffee and wait to see if the sunlight will bother my eyes today . Most of the time and with out warning I get sharp stabs of pain that travel up my neck and threw my head to just behind my eyes . I am told this is going to be a life condition it will most likely never improve . If its a bad day my balance is off or I have a migraine all day so its a day in the dark with little or no movement . On the average day I can not stay in the same position more then 45 mn. before I need to lay down or stand any thing but sit . That's the way the whole day goes I'm like an alter boy at mass up and down all day no comfort .  So yes these silly little blogs are an all day thing most of the time . My memory comes and goes at will and I often forget where I'm at or what I'm doing . This also makes me a little unpredictable and I can snap and become a jerk at the drop of a dime . That has led to what my wife calls Wal-mart syndrome where I pick fights with random people over stuff I don't even care about . Still sound like I got lucky to you ? Am I the guy you want working for or with you ? Better yet you want me driving a fully loaded semi behind your car ?
    So what to do and how to fix myself . This blog is a part of that you know get my mind right. I have also kicked the smoking habit seems to have helped a bit with breath, and smell, maybe the positive effects on the brain will come later. I am told cannabis will help but if I puff puff the state passes my heath care to the next guy in line . That's that get them off of drugs thing some of you keep talking about . So I will continue to meditate, vegetate, and contemplate my way to a better mind state . Lets hope it works see ya in the funny papers peeps .

A New Round to Killed the Second Amendment

  Did anyone else see this add on line yet ? What in the hell could this manufacturer be thinking ? States from coast to coast all have bills attempting to remove gun owner rights and this is how we respond ? As if the anti-gun lobby was not doing a good enough job at wining the fight to remove our right to keep and bear arms, now we have super ammo being sold as self defense rounds . Great job with the marketing by the way .The mission statement chosen by this manufacturer says it all " The last round you will ever need " and that's correct as soon as a person is shot with this ammo our rights will begin to disappear .  Available only in 9mm. the choice round of gang bangers and hood rats from coast to coast .  I guess the Idea is to get crime to pay for the completion of other grades ?

    The company is asking for reviews so I guess you can call this one from me . First  self defense shooting is to wound not kill . One round nine holes eight inch spread pattern that's not a wound . Second I would feel much better about this ammunition if a good strong endorsement was given from a true expert in defense . This person has to be trusted and well known by both sides of the gun lobby so we know its safe and a good idea . I suggest you get the great  Mr. Zimmerman he would be perfect and is currently out of work . Think of how well every thing could have went if he only used a self defense round on that guy in the hoody . I bet stand your ground laws would have passed in every state and your  would have gotten an award from the president . Maybe you could send him on tour around the country and have him hand out free rounds to any one who says they run a neighborhood watch . you could call it the  Bully's with bullets tour that's a good name for the tour . Think of the publicity and money to be made. How do you plan to publicly defend your brand from people like this? I defended him and stand your ground laws after the shooting . If he had used your ammo I would not have, instead I would have been forced to the other side by your ammo . You and your product are a new low in responsible ownership . Is this being funded by the anti-gun lobby ? The first person killed by this round will make world news ,and open a new chapter in gun laws and the debate over the second amendment .
    The other part you did not seem to think of or just did not care about is where this could unexpectedly end up . Did you stop and think about the kid who steels moms gun one morning and takes it to school ? Or the next great
 school shooting with a killing team all packing guns loaded with your ammo ? The cop who just pulled over a dope car for speeding all occupants repeat offenders and would rater shoot then go back to the joint ? The ten year old kid showing dads gun to a friend and has no idea its loaded ? How about all the Doctors, Nurses, Lawyers, Judges, and Victims that will be impacted by your wonderful new creation did you think of   any of them while shooting that pumpkin ? Those are the innocent ones in all of this . I would also like to know if you have started drafting your apology letter yet ? No not to them above , to all the responsible gun owners who will face new laws, and restrictions after the first big public use of your round ? Ammunition like this will change the game the first time it is used . You have created the perfect argument that all guns are evil . This looks like it was created to be the end of guns in America, its the perfect self destruct they have looked for since the Gatling Gun .
    The fact is your bullet is not for deference . It is made to kill people it has no other use .  I will never purchase this round, or any round you manufacture after seeing this . If you don't work for and with the anti-gun  lobby you should you know how to destroy from inside . Do your selves a favor start buying insurance and retaining lawyers in every state as the body's fall you will need them . Don't waist your time with other grades 9mm. will work and by summer you will be in court I'm sure . If your lucky all the people who stuck up for that duck dynasty guy will have your back too, but I doubt it after they loose their guns the only thing they will offer you is a rope . Enjoy the profits and happy killing while it lasts .

I hope this Country goes to Pot

Philip Morris stocks on day growth  from $83.03 a share to $998.00 . This on a day that the market closes 300 points down and reports worst week since 2011 . Is it just  me or is the country in the need of going to pot. It appears to have worked for the Marlboro company that has had its back on the ropes for years, thanks to the anti-smoking  campaigns they where forced to fund with their own profits.
   Or we could ask the states that have now gone full legalization . Colorado ,and Washington both have seen incredible growth in local and state economy  since thumbing their noses at the feds. New opportunities in cash crops and retail continue to pop up and tax dollars keep rolling in. Other states that have already joined the medical legalization continue to see the loss in not being the pioneer state or states for retail and industrial hemp that will drive the economy vary soon . other states not even on the band wagon yet
will not stand a chance in this gold rush if they don't get on the ball    States like Ohio where I happen to live have attempted for years to join the legalization train . With a climate perfect for growing and an economy in the toilet we could use a piece of the action . Slowed at every turn with new laws for collecting signatures for petitions, and a population led to believe a plant is the seed of Satan  its no wander we are about to miss the boat. Most Ohioans have no idea the plant has already been decriminalized in the state .
   New poll numbers show support for the full legalization for the first time ever . More impressive is the approval is as high as approval numbers for congress or the president . So what is driving this new found love of the plant ? Is it all the known medical benefits ? Could it be the boom to the economy ? Maybe its the negative impact legalization has on drug cartels over the boarder ? Or perhaps people just want to get high ?

  I myself have not had a toke in twenty years .
After my accident no less then three doctors have told me it would be better to toke then to take the pills they have to offer ? The catch is if I fail a drug test the state takes away my disability, and I may have to repay all the medical bills . Do you see what they have going here ? Is it just me or is it time to stop the state sponsored drug addiction program ? Im just one person that can tell you a trip to the pain clinic is an all day thing . Every time I go I see new faces and the waiting time gets longer . Doctors that don't play by the rules quickly find their offices closed . The reality of this is simple if the state can not control it they can not profit from it . Check with friends with chronic pain and see if the same pills are not prescribed for the most part. If a better kick back comes along then that manufacture is out till they pony up . I had this problem over the Holidays with a pill that was or now is banned in Ohio. Try getting a hold of a Doctor on New years eve to change a prescription some time its not easy . So I was out for two days but the state got a cut when I got it filled . We need to fix this below I put the links for two great organizations ORG, and NORML contact them get involved and lets end state sponsored drug trade . Our solders want to come home not guard poppy fields for drug companies .

Pop Culture is Eating my Brain or whats left of it

Well if the kids can do it then I guess its all Golden Girls too .  Sorry to start you out with Granny Twerk butt you should have seen the other camera angles . Pop Culture has drove me a little nuts this week . This picture sums it up idiots being idiots all we need is the organ grinder for all the monkeys .

   First off twerking over 30 come on that's not proper cougaring  and no one truly wants to see it . Most of us would slap our own Daughters for preforming some of the dry hump moves . This is almost as disturbing as the sixty plus lady running naked in the streets at the Chilicothe bike rodeo but you expect it there . Its hard to tell the young women around you to respect them selves and demand it as you teach them this .
  Now that I got my first dig in on the Women its time for the guys . Do we need a penis shot edict and how to form are you kidding me ?  Most women can make it all day without a peek of Mr. winky.
If your sending them over instagram or snap chat do you even know whose getting them ? I'm sure everyone at the cop shop just loves the way you place it next to your flesh light . One day we might catch on and realize that Forests mom was right "stupid is as stupid does" Sorry I refuse to search dick pic for a more creative image to post . Thank god this one came up on the first entry in my Google posted by some girl soliciting for these pics. I have a Daughter and stress that fact to her as often as I can . I pray it works but who knows I'm just an old man . One day the pics. you take might show up think I'm playing search " Madonnas hairy arm pits " for her pictures from back in the day when they was worth seeing .

   Next this Fashion or lack of brain cells while shopping . Before I get called a bully let me lay it out for you I'm a fat guy and I'm good with that . I survived drug addiction and a bunch of stuff that should have landed me in the grave by the time I was twenty . So if a body by fast food is my biggest battle now I think I will live. One thing you wont ever catch me doing is "skinny Jeans" why you ask ? I am not skinny that's it no secret or surprise and my feelings are all good. For all of you who cant quite grasp the concept if you have rolls on top your not skinny enough for them . Yes your friends said that at the mall just to protect your feelings . Don't believe me that's ok just go ask the one person you know who always tells you the truth you never want to hear . We all have a person in our lives like that and times like this are why . As for all you skin and bones people laughing at what I just said your next . Juice come from the fruit not the twig supporting it . Skinny is not an automatic bid to sexy sorry . If you have a chicken chest or if you munch noassatol pills don't try to rock what you don't have. Some fashions require the right body to rock them, if you don't have quit trying .  We all contribute to this plastic culture we live in, and get upset if we cant play and that's stupid. hard earned his thug card . The stupid douche actually smiled for the mug shot are you kidding me . Just to clear it up for all you people thugin it up in the burbs, the old saying " the party's not over till you smile for the mug shot" that's a joke don't ever smile for the mug shot you loose points for that with real thugs. Look at a copy of busted magazine some time and play spot the poser its funny and a breeze to pick um . If your not hard your just not hard thats not a bad thing its just life . Do you think a mug shot like this will give him that street credit he has been searching for to sell more albums or launch a gangsta rap carrier ? If he wanted to sell more albums all he has to do is apologise and go back to dating Usher they made a cute couple anyway .    to tell you the truth the only thing in pop culture im looking forward to more than the next release of midget porn gone wild is a sporting event . Yes Football not because im a big fan,or I love some player,or worship a team. Just because of what the two represented states have done . The legalization of Cannabis and its about time . The one thing this backwards country could use right now is a toke from the SUPER BOWL !!!!!!

Putin the people in their place for the games

   

  With the Olympic games approaching its nice to see all the people united in the spirit of competition . The people of Russia hard at work with last second preparations, and coats of paint on newly built venues . All the world is a buzz with last second qualifiers for events like bobsledding, and curling . The entire thing coming together to form the perfect winter games cute and fluffy mascots included .  I personally love the Olympics and look forward to them . I am a winter sports fan, and lover of all things x games . The snow events top my list and will control everything from my sleep and what channel the TV remains on in the house till the end of the games. Anything down hill with the chance of a violent wipe out will keep me glued to my chair for hours on end . Its not that I wish the competitors harm I don't, but it can be amazing to see just what a person can walk away from .
   Hosting the games can effect the economy of these cities for years to come . The games provide a world wide commercial for venue cities  that can effect tourist numbers for decades . We often concentrate on the cost of building for the Olympics with out thinking of the long term rewards for hosting . Looking at it in this light it becomes more of an investment into the economy of the hosting city then anything .
   Might  this be the cause of all the fighting in the streets of of Russia ?  Is the majority of the world buying the few bad apples story we are being sold ? With this kind of investment  will this part of the former Soviet Union ever have the chance to break away and self govern after the games ?
   I could be wrong but from where I sit we seem to have a " oh never mind" attitude about the events taking place there . MSNBC said it was one crazy little sect of four "terrorists" and we took an ok you got this attitude about the events . I did a simple search before starting this entry and came up with vary little from the American news media on the subject . I was not all that surprised to be honest . If you want a good laugh around how blind we  the American people are to controversy over global sporting events just search NO FIFA CUP 2014 .
Qualifiers for that event where held all over the United States, and Americans have already booked hotels for the entire event as most of the world plans to boycott .
  So do we continue to turn the blind eye misled by our own networks ? Why in the age of information are we so pleased with what we get told even when its a half truth and we have proof  available at a click of the mouse ? I respect what the people in Russia have engaged in we may one day find ourselves in the same fight with our government  .
The possibility of a powder keg is being hidden from the world and could erupt at the games . No one wants to see another Olympic park disaster that could have been prevented .
    We should as well take a close look at the methods being used to round up the dissidents . Is the world cool with bulk arrests to insure the right guys have been caught ? This could become a habit as other nations crack down and pass stiffer laws on protesters and the right to assemble . If you look Just up river from Sochi at the town of Kiev you can see just how some feel about stiffer laws for protests . Keep in mind our own President and Congress with new laws that suspend free speech and allow arrests without suspicion of a crime . We enter a fun time in our political calendar in a couple months as we begin to ramp up for the 2016 run for the white house . Think about actions you see on the world stage now regarding free speech because today's events will become tomorrows policies .

The We See You Project Explained

   News can only be reported by those who serve no masters . This is where I find myself and my thoughts. I will try to keep this simple and to the point I know not my strong suit . What I am going for here is a collective of people, equipment, and technology ready for use at the drop of a dime. I have set the bar high on this for a few reasons . First the people involved must be as trustworthy as brothers and sisters . I am sure that as time rolls on with the commitment involved we will become a family . Equipment should be as top shelf as we can obtain its going to take a beating . Protests and public actions play hell on electronics ask anyone who live streams . Nothing is more disappointing than equipment problems preventing you from accomplishing a task . Technology proper service, electric supply, wifi to transmit and receive in the field and on sets this is a must . Ad all this up and you got what we need just to start . So what would we do with those combined assets and people ?
   This would be the start of a new form of in your face journalism . The goal is to get this up and running by June 2014 so we can be of use for the 614con. as a test run . The main object that got me going on this is the coming election in 2016 . Our city Columbus Ohio has placed bids to host conventions for both party's as well as debates . We all know the excitement and drama that plays out at those events . Yes our city will have all the worlds media giants here to see the fight in the battleground state of Ohio and cover the story as instructed . Yes a reporter or two might catch a quick shot of some kid being arrested on trumped up charges . You might even catch a glimpse of a picket line if you don't blink .
   This is where we come in . The pictures, videos, and stories past over for handshakes, and chest thumps. Voices ignored and forced to action resulting in incarceration . We have all heard, seen, parts of this . Some have lived this story and not had it told to others . I think its time not to just hear it about it, but to broadcast it so all  know about it . This is not a job I wish to take on with a go-pro cam, and my cell phone. This needs to be done right for the first time with an established set of credentials, excellent staff, and proper equipment . That is why we must start now and establish the site . This will give us the credibility most street reporters don't have with law enforcement . We beat them at their own game and use the rules they wrote for a year or two leading to the big show or shows . Then we report on our network the news the rest of the media ignores . All this on our terms with the best equipment and staff . Yes others capture parts and pieces of these events as well . Just imagine the impact that could be made by a support network in place and communicating with protesters, and street reporters .
   This is just step one with funding and support I see no reason why this could not go global . A world wide activist media network in time . Global sharing over secure networks using pirate boxes and other secure networks to transmit on our terms . On the side bar of this blog is the funding account for this project . That is the next step I have thought this thing up, gathered some like minded people willing to give it a shot, and now we need anonymous funding so we have no one to repay .
Fund what you can and share with everyone you know speed is everything at this point . Below I will post a link to a face book page to help communicate till funding for a proper site is available . I do not wish to tie this to any political party, movement, candidate, or other types of organizations . Time to Enlist for the next Great American Revolution

Yes I said it and it appears to be true if you have a social media account of any kind . On every web site leaders pop up by the day inspired by year old videos and protest pictures . The message and method close enough to the same that it proves some posts deserve,and need disclaimers . With all these future Presidents and Kings of our future realm volunteering their services questions must be answered . First off we will need a total tough guy to storm the white house so no girls so sorry, nerds your out too . So how do we pick our Destroyer and chief ?    I was thinking the super bowl is approaching and most Americans will be watching , so why not a Gladiator fight at the end ? We cant do it at half time blood and guts on the field would make it too slippery to continue play , plus we got to wait for the kids to go to bed . We could allow betting with ten percent to go towards guns for the revolution, and another ten to pay down the debt . See things are getting better already ! We let the last five live to have a debate to prove who is the smarterest and he is the man  done . 

   The fact is storming the white house is not an option.
Lets look at the three most famous examples of this . Lee never got to D.C. , the plane was shot down on the mall in Clinton's term, and if your a believer in the 9/11 thing that plane ended up in a field in Pa. you still with me ? Progress in our last revolution was slow and all but failed till we got international support from France . Do you and of our new great American step ups have that yet ? Before you post a video asking for that do me a little favor . Go clean you post history so the people you ask for support wont see the post where you refer to them as Gooks, Sand Niggers, Euro Trash, and other clever names in Pro-Merican Propaganda . Look at the revolutions we have aided for our own benefit in the past few years . Do you believe they would have pulled it off without International support ? Most of those Nations have lived with war and violence at the front doors of their homes for years , we have not and you claim to be better prepared ? That's the American arrogance you hear people from other nations speak of . So please explain it to me I am a little slow at times . What do you know of war, and revolution that the people of Iraq, Egypt, Syria, Libya, and other Nations don't ? What war zone did you train in, and learn your skills in ? How elevated in military skills and ranks are you ? Or do you get your training from you tube, and call of duty on the play station network ?
   I do not doubt your love of country,commitment to the cause of liberty, or time spent prepping and stalking up supplies between episodes of duck dynasty and hunny boo,boo . But please allow me to remind you that in the past twenty years our government has enjoyed making fall guys out of the militia . From the Freemen to the Uni-bomber they all had a cause . Recent talk of this kind is sparking round ups all over the country and is only reported on the local news . Can you guess why that's not covered on the national news ? Do you know your actions prove them correct ? Every militarized crack pot that gets busted and sent to the house with padded walls is your responsibility . Those same individuals will be used to argue for stronger gun laws so thank you we needed that . Are you fully prepared to be the next or do you already consider your self to be the next Timothy McVeigh ? You do understand that is exactly what and who's steps you appear to be fallowing in . How do you intend to win the hearts and minds of the common American with this talk ? Have you considered collateral loss of life kids and such ?
  I speak of civil disobedience for a change not war, death, and destruction . If you wish to hold my thoughts up or use them or some of them as your own that's fine, but please understand and know the difference .  Its far easier to just not obey then to find someone else you will eventually need to obey as well . If you believe that fixing the mess we are in is as simple as replacing one head of state then electing new idiots your wrong . Do you need examples Clinton, Bush, Obama all three had common themes hope,change,some one new . Here is the problem they are all the same and we still need something new . In twenty four years little if any change has come to Washington and that's the problem . No its not the party's they both serve the same masters . So like it or not that's a lie too to make you think you have a choice . If I'm wrong you tell me witch party is full of elected boobs who started out working at the living wage ? Elected millionaires only respect and aid each other sorry it is what it is .  If one looses his office he runs again or is given an appointment so he never truly leaves . That the trick folks plain and simple full removal nothing less . if your car needs a tune up do you replace one plug or all of them ? So why do we only replace one bad plug in Washington ?

   Now with the aid of paid trolls on the web these Bastards in D.C. have convinced a growing number of people to quit voting . The population has finally shifted enough to start weeding them out and we quit voting nice. I would think we could organize our own party rock the vote and force the result but that's just me . Your worried about machine fraud I got that too . Here is what we do all absentee all scanned and copied in short our own paper trail . If the numbers don't add up we the people will be able to prove it just an idea . It cant be any worst then storming the white house at dawn with a group of gamers and clicktavists .  Yes I'm going there and no I don't even care its time for someone too . I watched a video the other day and then found the uncut version of it . I don't and will never understand those who wish to force views and opinions upon their kids. The video box wont show I think it is not approved for share but I have posted the link . All of the pictures of the child dressed in a fake cop costume with a stuffed pig head just like dad have also became hidden ? I think that's a good sign that its not just me here . This is a cop watch group I love and support what all cop watchers do don't get me wrong . With recent events like the Kelly Tomas verdict we need more of them and we need them now.   I was going to post the edited video as well but it seems to be gone now ? The picture shows what was found instead . Thinking back I guess I should have saved both videos but oh well too late now . A large amount of videos have gone from public to privet and some have just been deleted that might be best . In case this one disappears I will explain . It shows two small boys with a cam. chasing cops around the streets of Lake Tahoe . That's not so bad the part that gets me is the homemade cop uniform with pig head . Yes just like dad the kids now have added Cos. Play to cop watching . So you tell me is this who we are ? Have we mutated into nothing more that idiots with cams. of intimidation ? In our quest to make a change where and when did we decide that just because is a standard operating procedure ? If this is how we behave I don't think us much better . Like it or not we happen to be stuck with law enforcement . Its what some call a necessary evil in modern society . One day your son might even require the services of those guys ,I hope they don't remember his or your pig head costume . I think its great that you want to teach your kids about the law, can you also teach them to function in society without everything being a confrontation ?

  Others all over the country accomplish the same tasks without the props . This kind of stuff can only add stress to an already strained relationship . Then just to take it a step further lets add children to the mix . I personally don't want to ever hear that a child at a cop watch event was injured or killed . Frankly in light of the video and pictures easily found on the web I would put as much blame on the parent then the cop . How well is it going to work out the day you little cop watcher goes to get his drivers license ? Better yet the town bully has a go at him and says he started it who do you think the cop will side with your boy ? Ever had your house broken into next time you wont be getting any of your possession back well maybe the pig head . Camera batteries run out and dark roads are everywhere think about it before instead of watching your a victim .
  I question all that put kids on the front line and everyone should . The world is full of people who have let the kids lead from politics to bake sales just to prove a point . The real point is that if you put kids out in front then your argument is weak 

  As a parent I know kids want to be a part of  what mom and dad do . They look up to us till the day they start to rebel . Let your kids be kids till then that's the age of discovery for this sort of stuff . We should teach them our values but not lead them down our paths or we are no better then our oppressors . Most of us enjoyed being kids at the age of eleven let yours do the same so you don't regret it latter .
  I as a guy who regularly speaks out against the police, and posts anti cop posts on a daily basis can tell you we don't need this . I have learned to get along while keeping an eye on them in my own backyard . Today I attended a guns across America protest here in cbus . I counted six marked and two unmarked cruisers not bad for fifty people on the lawn of the statehouse with guns. We watched them they watched us we all lived and I drove home with a tail . I lost them on the freeway no worries one was waiting just off my exit to tail me back to the neighborhood . A little while latter I stopped to get some ice cream after driving my son to work, and was blocked in a parking space by one of the cops I lost . Just so he could mean mug me and run my tag or what ever .That's the way it works if chose to do what we do, and live in this world . Its our choice kids and spouses end up along for the ride don't make it a family thing . Randy Weaver made that mistake a few years ago and has lived with it every day since . Drop him an email ask him if its worth the price you might be forced to pay .

Can it be said that some time we take ourselves a little too seriously ? I was thinking that myself today as I stopped for a second to enjoy a cup of coffee . Then a little while latter as I viewed my feeds from twitter and face book it was obvious .
Just for the fun of it I posted some off the wall crazy stuff to see if I could get a rise out of those on my lists . No shock all my friends seem to be as sick and twisted as I am . I just think at times we get a little too caught up in all that's going on, and forget that we should have thing going on ourselves . Its that all work and no play thing I'm thinking . Its kind of unfair if you think about it the sheeple get Sheldon from Big Bang and Im stuck with fifty people posting the same link about what we don't know about what may or may not be in the TPP . Or if you are truly lucky tonight might be the night cop watch releases the new cop beats citizen video . Don't get me wrong its great to be informed and on top of things ,but we all need a laugh and a break . When was the last time you posted pointless crap for giggles ? Have you bugged a troll lately ? Or better yet the last time you turned off all social media and electronics for 24 hours ? That's the tough one I bet some reading this can not say it has ever happened to them ?
  The information age is a great thing no one twenty years ago would ever have guessed just how far and fast thing could and did go . While we reap the rewards of this culture at a click we need to remember what its true cost is . Families don't spend time in front of the TV , and most don't even have sit down meals together anymore . In my own house as one kid moves out and the other prepares for higher education a sit down meal with no cell phones or TV is a rare event . Those things I had every night as a kid seem like an odd thing of the past to my own kids . How do we preserve the family as we rush forward ? If its hard for us how much more difficult will it be when and if they ever have kids of their own ? Is the TV tray destined to replace the dinner table after all ? Is it just me or as the technology continues to grow is the humanity disappearing from every day life ? How do we preserve the family and keep it real and fun ?

  Maybe that's just it Family and a break . A nice long vacation with nothing to click or update .  I think I would survive the younger members of my family im not to sure . The wife would last as long as the batteries in the e/book sorry but its true . Heaven forbid it be a place with no electric that would be the end of civilization as we know it . Yes I would go nuts the first day or two without updates from friends I have never met,  but that's a sign of the times.  I am sure the world would continue to suck, the revolution would still not be broadcasted, and stupid cat pictures, and retarded people would still dominate social media without me . So what if anything would I truly miss ? Is any thing on the web worth not logging on for a week or two ? I do think so and its HUGE  like the BIGGEST thing you could possibly imagine . Cams,cells,lap Top how to keep them closed to the cops

A few years back I made my living on the roads of our nation . I have had just about every job you can have on the road and learned some trick along the way . On the road you quickly learn the meaning of outsider . This makes you target number one to law enforcement . Your plates on your car the first thing seen is the only excuse they need . Hypothetically you happen to be driving your car Ohio plates north bound on lets say I-35 north in Iowa . Your not coming from or going to Ohio directly . Right or wrong the police might just pull you over to ask why , or where you are traveling . This is none of their business and you don't have to explain your travel . Videos all over the web can tell you how to deal with a wrongful stop . I recommend you look some up learn some of the skills on the vids. and be ready when stopped . I dealt with this as a traveling salesman in the 90s on a weekly basis . Your safest bet is to never give them anything at all silence is golden . An old sayings works well its called the five words that keep you free " I have nothing to say " simple and effective .
  As a Truck driver most of the time I did not have that option . In that line of work paperwork had to be perfect and rigs got searched especially after 9/11 . Boarder crossings and scale houses could end a trip and cost you a weeks pay if not prepared . You have all I am sure heard about truckers keeping two sets of books. This practice at one time allowed us to drive longer and earn more or get home quicker . This practice is as good as gone with new laws truckers can run just about as hard as they want . So how did we keep the cops from finding them ?
     I used my magic compartment to stash those funny sheets of paper . You think I'm jerking your chain but its true I did then and still own one now .This compartment can be left in plain site and is not to be disturbed under penalty of law . The cost of this device is ruffly a buck depending on how big or small you require . Inbound US.customs officers and no law enforcement officers will ever disturb it . This makes this Ideal for sd.cards,flash drives, lap tops, cameras, documents, or anything shy of drugs and explosives you don't want disturbed . Yes if you fill this full of pot and cross the boarder the doggy's will smell it a warrant will be printed and you will loose so don't .The other items will not be worth the time for paperwork alone to lock you up been there done that . So what is this thing I talk of ? do you need to travel to Hogwarts to purchase one ? No its not magical infarct the government will sell it to you .
   That's how you truly ad insult to injury go to your local post office and purchase some shipping envelopes and stamps . Yes that's it and just that simple no tricks to it . Place everything you wish to keep secure in the envelope ( it should be self addressed with postage not full but put a few stamps on it I will explain why ) and do not seal ! keep it ready at hand so you can toss your phone in it . I find the Envelopes with the glue strip best so you don't need to lick them . Just toss your phone in pull the glue protector off and seal if pulled over  its now property of the US mail and you . No law enforcement officer in the country is allowed to open your mail . By not placing full postage on it the officer can not insist on you dropping it in a mail box just refuse . Inform him or her you will stop at a post office in your own time to pay the rest of the postage and ship your package . This will aggravate any officer I warn you now but it is fully legal . Make sure everything else you got going is good and you will be free to go . I don't make laws but I do learn like the rich to exploit a few of them .

Together Divided I'm in Who is with Us

I can not think of a better way to describe this thing I dig so much then the title of this entry . Yea at a glance it has that quick shock factor, and suggests a division in the collective . That's my point united division am I the only one thinking that ? Behind the mask of Ideas thoughts run deep, and in every direction they could possibly travel . Pro-gun and Anti-gun talking and enjoying a cup of coffee at a protest yes I have seen it . Lefty and Righty with no finger pointing both chanting "shits fucked up" yep seen that too. So we have proven this can work our founding father where correct . A few of us had a chat last night or the night before about the next step . What do we do now ? How do we force change ? Do we remain in the streets with our signs for the next twenty years ? Should we continue to vote for no reason ? we all know these topics activists from years ago left them to us in wills as they sold out to society . Peace for change that's the way not quite that's half its time for the other half .
  Did we all just forget about civil disobedience ? Was this not the other half used for civil rights by people like Gandhi, King, Parks, and others ? Is it not time for us to look our oppressive government in the eye and say "sorry we will no longer comply" I think it is . I believe I read some where that for authority to work someone has to first agree to obey . That's the true myth behind law enforcement and all the ranks clear to the top . So what happens if we just resign from the idea of chain of command or oppression ? We know that our government would not think twice to start locking people up . We know the media would have a celebrity to report on . We also know how quick the prisons already over crowded would burst from inflated populations . We also know Angelina Jolie is about out of bed rooms . I don't think we need to wait for thing to go further south do we ? Most of us cant remember a more bleak time in the history of our nation . We need to think long and hard about the revolution that is becoming emanate . It only takes a quick glance at the local news to see the round up is beginning . We in Cbus have seen three arrests in the last week of 'suspicious persons' with explosives ,and guns .
    So if these folks are so unstable and in possession of said items why did we wait to remove them ? What is happening now that its not ok but we where fine with it last month or six months ago ?

The guy they got tonight has posted signs and poster on the trees in front of his house declaring himself a " Sovereign Citizen" for a year now .  A quick glance at the photos inside his house suggests this is not new . The police had a warrant to have him evaluated so he has a history of mental problems . Did his case worker finally think it might be  time to snitch ? Trouble is a brewing be mindful of what you post and nail to your trees. Think real hard about lines being drawn,and who is drawing them . Is this the guy you wish to storm the White house with? Is this the guy telling you to take up arms and push for war in the homeland ? Would you rater see it out the front door of your house or on msnbc ? Think about it do you truly know who is leading the great on line rebellion ? After seeing some of the images of this guy and his house we all should be wander .      So here is my thoughts its simple and no one needs to rush out and buy amo or build thing we don't want to use any way . Lets just resign just like the south did before the civil war. No shots need fired leave the fife and drum at home and just say nope. The act its self is the hard part it would be civil disobedience like the world has never seen . No work,pay no bills,attend no schools,bend no knee,obey no orders, close all roads and freeways with parked cars and trucks that's our weapons  . No one rules if no one obeys it can work if we all unite in one full push .Those simple acts of defiance all across the nation and the world at the same . Governments, politicians, banks, military, police, all powerless overnight . Economies freshly destroyed would be ready for a rebirth, leaders all over the world on bended knees before the the vary troops and people they once enslaved . could this be have we come far enough to say its time for the push ? You tell me I already shared my hopes and thoughts .

Crash Helmet and Short Bus Required

  Wow it comes to this. I have been informed that I am copying the work of others . That I do not possess the ability to write or think as my blog reads. That's great thanks for the vote of confidence from the real world and people who claim to know me personally . I guess my newest Fan must have started reading this blog just after my post about the new program I was but now am not using. Dragon is nice but a pain in the butt to set up and train so I just take my time with this . That being said I will explain things for the other window licker's hiding behind glass , and claiming to have the all seeing eyes and knowledge of God Almighty .
  Dyslexia you Know that crap I got effects the
way I both spell and think. So chat sites suck for me . Quick reply's will be full of typos and,bad punctuation . Couple that with my Physical conditions and I can see how you might think this is not me . So lets just have a look at things shall we . Bad grammar and language two things I am well known for . Two words to set me free spell check . The language thing catch me at wal-mart on a bad day and I will give you some . Next my ability to gather a thought ? If you believe that I am not an intelligent guy, then you don't know me as well as you think you do. That part of your brain fart is easy to respond to . Its called time plain and simple . I am now disabled my ability to work has been taken by my Physical conditions . The injury I sustained on the job two years ago left me with a laundry list of new challenges to live with . I can only remain seated or in the same position for a short period of time . So I simply type a bit then walk and think a bit and type some more . My little blog posts take all day its what I do to pass time because television sucks . You know me well enough to point a finger of disbelief, but believe that I would be content watching "soaps" ? Or maybe I seem like the "teen mom", or "yes to the dress" kind of guy to you ?
   I do hope that you enjoy the pics. of me typing this entry . You claim to KNOW me but im not so sure you understand the word. Those who Know me call me by two words friend or enemy . Take your pick from both lists and you will not find a person to say that I take credit , or claim the work of others as my own . I have not moved in over a decade so if you know me and  if you would like you are perfectly welcome to come spend a day in the life . Or are you just a common internet troll know it all ? I don't mean to be a prick but serving me at the local burger joint , or speaking with me at a party that I had way too much to drink at does not constitute knowing me .    The common friend you enjoy harassing has a small link to me, and an even smaller crowd . His experiences with me go back to before my injury . I was a different person able body,power drinker, and a joker . I took Playing serious those days . I never gave a thought to what I said, or who was effected by my actions .   Side note and update before the links you say you are "anonymous" that's great, but please remember its an IDEA . That statement and the review of a pawn shop you gave while logged into more than one social media profile at the time of the review made it to easy for me to figure you out .    The point is in comments on face book I type quick and will usually have more than one thing going at any given time . I take my time on here its not rushed , plus I have cleared my plate a bit .
