Keeping a cop Out of your home just got harder but can be done Here is how

   So our Judicial branch in its efforts to prove they

 have been bought and paid for have yet again chosen not to side with the people but the police Yesterdays 6/3 decision in the California district court granted them the right to search your home after you have been detained, or arrested . Its clear we are loosing our rights faster then it can be reported, as no word of this has made it on to the main stream media outlets yet . You got to wander where did these guys with lifetime appointments come from ? How in the hell do they think this stuff up ? Then you remember that they are just being repaid for financing political carriers for some of their friends for a couple decades . That's only fair they do deserve a return on the investment they made right ?  Who are we to stop them from rigging a system against us , built for them , and ruled by those they golf with on the second Tuesday every other month ?

    This is the ugly part here and now we have to deal
with it . Our home is no longer our castle thanks to
Fernandez v. California . This is the ILLEGAL SEARCH of your property plain and simple . No proof that a crime has been committed is needed . Most people don't know how simple it is for a cop to detain on suspicion or they would be outraged about this . Lets say you live in a flat on the second floor of a three story apartment building . You just came home from work and realize you left your cell phone in your car . In a rush you dart out the door and run down the stairs to the lot to grab your phone, but are met by a cop who orders you to the ground because people say that crime is up or something . Yes you are now being detained and he wants your Id . You tell him its in your apartment and he wants to go get it for you . I hope you did not leave your water bong on the coffee table last night . You don't break the law so you have nothing to fear . That's nice for now but will it still be true when they attempt to collect all the guns ? You don't have no down loaded music or movies on your computer ? What about if the cops just stop by to ask a few questions ? How can you keep them out of your house till a law is broken ? Do you have to let them in when they come knocking at the door ?
   The first thing is video all of it every time no questions ! Never speak to a cop when you do not have proof that you behaved . If you did not break the law ask why they are here  before opening the door . Remember if they are fishing for information you do not have to speak to them, and are under no obligation to open or answer your door . If you wish to speak to them you might want to do so at a widow, or go outside and lock your door behind you . Do not invite them in just like vampires your better off if you dont welcome them into your home . Be polite but do not offer information freely . No one likes a snitch but a cop and if you offer they will return for more . These guys are not your friends and most don't live in the community they serve . Do not by into protect and serve the protect part was replaced with collect years ago .
